Backyard Rub is the perfect guest for you next barbecue. It is versatile and mild.
Mix a couple of tablespoons with a pound of ground beef for excellent Burgers. Sprinkle on chicken or pork before tossing on the grill. Don’t stop there, it works on chops too!
I also like to sprinkle liberally over the top of a pork loin and place in the crock pot for a savory, easy dinner. Add a couple of tablespoons of vinegar to the mix and you can shred for a very tasty pulled pork sandwich. The recipe for both can be found here.
